About The Bright Sight
Our Organization
The Bright Sight is a Florida-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting eye health education and expanding access to vision care in underserved communities. We raise awareness about common eye conditions, provide educational resources, and collaborate with local partners to offer low or no cost eye exams. Our mission is to bring brighter futures into focus—one person at a time.
We have a collegiate chapter at the University of Central Florida, where students can be a part of the action. Student volunteers may lead on-campus education and outreach efforts, empowering the next generation of changemakers in public health.
Our Mission
BrightSight exists to reduce disparities in eye health by combining education, advocacy, and accessible care. We believe that everyone, regardless of income or background, deserves the chance to see clearly and live fully. By addressing preventable vision issues through community centered programs, we aim to build a healthier, more informed future.
